RTC Building Developments use traditional materials from local sources. We specialise in red brick and cobblestone houses with clay pan tiled roofs – see gallery of our work.
Our wet under floor heating system is installed in all our properties upstairs and down. This removes the need for radiators and the problem of planning your room around them. A highly economical Air Source Heat Pump absorbs heat from the outside air which is then passed over a heat exchanger and upgraded to a higher more useful temperature.
This heating system achieves up to 400% efficiency.
This means: for every £1 of energy you buy you are getting around £4 worth of energy into your system. This system is also eligible for Grant funding.
All our homes are very energy efficient and built to the highest quality by our craftsmen builders.
