RTC Building Developments are a family run traditional building company using traditional materials from local sources. We specialise in red brick and cobblestone houses with clay pan tiled roofs.
We install a wet under floor heating system in all our properties upstairs and down, removing the need for radiators and the problem of planning your room around them. We run this system using a highly economical Air Source Heat Pump. This works by absorbing heat from the outside air which is then passed over a heat exchanger and upgraded to a higher more useful temperature.
With our heating system, it is possible to achieve 400% efficiency.
In other words: for every £1 of energy you buy you are getting around £4 worth of energy into your system. This system is also eligible for Grant funding.
