NHBC
All of our new homes have the benefit of cover under The National House Building Council Warranty Scheme, called Buildmark.
The design and construction of your new home will be closely monitored by the NHBC to ensure that it has been built in accordance with the Building Regulations and the NHBC standards.
Prior to legal completion your new home will be given a final check by the NHBC to ensure that it meets their standards. We are proud to say in many ways our homes exceed these.
The NHBC Warranty is fully explained in an NHBC Buildmark booklet available on request and available to download (links to NHBC website).
All building control inspections are carried out by North Norfolk District Council.
